The SPIRA® Stinger XLT with patented WaveSpring® technology is a high performance trainer and is an ideal race day shoe for the majority of runners who need the support of a training shoe, with the lightweight responsive qualities of a racing flat. The Stinger XLT shares many of the same characteristics as the Stinger Racing Flat. It is an extremely well cushioned shoe that maximizes racing performance and reduces fatigue. The two independent forefoot and one heel WaveSpring® are low profile, lightweight springs made of stainless steel to maximize cushioning and resiliency.
