How do I get the right size?
SPIRA shoes typically run 1/2 size smaller than regular street shoe sizes. Order your shoes 1/2 SIZE LARGER than your would regularly wear.
What if I get the wrong size?
Waymo Stuff.com will waive the restocking fee for returns to get the right size shoe. However, shoes must be returned in new condition, in the original box in which they were sent with no signs of wear. Exchanges for sizing will incur additional shipping charges.
Are SPIRA shoes with WaveSpring technology approved for Medicare re-imbursement?
Yes. In 2009 Medicare approved re-imbursement for the cost SPIRA shoes for diabetic patients. You can learn more about WaveSpring technology here.
Can I make returns?
Yes, however, returns incur a 15% restocking charge and the shoes must be returned in the original box with no signs of wear to earn a refund.
Where are SPIRA shoes manufactured?
All SPIRA Footweat is manufactured in mainland China at a large shoe manufacturing campus. The spiral WaveSprings in the sole of the shoes are made in Illinois.
